英语中的try to do和try doing的区别

try这个词是一个常用词，有些时候有的同学会弄混，特此做一简单介绍

一.try + n. 表示“试一下...”

买衣服的时候你会问：

Can I try it on？我能不能试穿一下？

二.doing可以做动名词，其实动名词=名词

所以，try doing...本质上就是try + n. 的结构

意思就是“试着做...”

如：

The boss is being mean.

-- Try smiling at him more.

This coffee is too hot.

-- Try putting some ice in it.

三.to do是“要...”之意，表示目的/计划，即带着目的去做某事，有努力的含义

try to do 就是“努力做...”的意思

如：

My dream is to study in that university.

我的梦想就是要进入那所大学学习。

（在家久了，想学校，你会说）

I want to go back to school.我想要回学校。

I tried to lift the heavy box.

I tried to find my lost keys.
